What Creators Do
Creators contribute to real open data projects — Data Stories, datasets and APIs, tools, and educational material — and learn by doing alongside experienced people. Projects are chosen freely; there are no obligations and no fixed hours.

How It Works
- 1. Send us an email with the subject "ODON Creator" and one or two sentences about what interests you.
- 2. We add you to our project list and send you calls when a project needs help.
- 3. You pick the projects you want to work on.

I'm interested in:
(Keep what fits, delete the rest, or add your own.)
- Data Stories: finding a story in data and telling it with charts and maps
- Datasets & APIs: cleaning, documenting or publishing open data
- Tools: building small apps, scripts or dashboards with open data
- Education: creating course material and explaining data to others
- Something else:Open Licences
Contributions are published under open licences (for example MIT for code, CC BY for content), in line with our mission. Each project's licence is stated in its repository.
Current Project Calls
